Welcome to GhostHorses

Ghosthorses.co.uk is a web design portfolio displaying the web and graphic design work of Stephen Fairbanks.

The personal preference of the designer is to work primarily with XHTML, CSS, PHP, unobtrusive JavaScript and graphic design software to allow for elegant, standards complaint, cross-browser compatible, search-engine friendly websites.

Stephen has been involved in web design both on a personal and commercial basis for since 2000 and is always learning, experimenting and improving in his chosen field.

This website will display selected works - both complete and in-progress - that have been designed, built and developed by Stephen using XHTML, CSS, Flash / ActionScript, PHP, jQuery, JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks. Development languages such as Pearl may also be used, albeit fleetingly.
